GENEOLGY [Genealogy]

As far as can be asertained, Philiber (Rochambeau) Archambeau or Felix as he was called arrived from LaColle, Canada, in 1863. He settled in Cohoes. Adeline Noel apparently arrived there sometime in the same year. They both worked in the mill and married. After their marriage, they each gave their respective parents their pay envelope for the first week. They were paid at the rate of $.85 per day.

The natal year was not added not through a desire to protect the sensitivities of those who are growing old, but was omitted through ignorance. This chart does not pretend to be complete or absolutely correct. It is subject to corrections, changes, and, of course additions through birth, matrimony, and remembered cousins.
