New Jersey Hunterdon County SS. the State of New Jersey to our Sheriff of our county of Hunterdon Greeting we command you summon Isaac G. Stryker if in your county--he may be found to be and appear before our circuit court to be held at Flemington in and for said county on Eighteenth day of January inst to answer unto Peter M. Staats summining partnership John G. Dunham deceased late partner under the name style and firm of Dunham & Staats in a plea of trespass and the case upon promisses to thine damage five hundred dollars as is said
and have then thine this writ
witness George H. Brown Esquire Judge of our said circuit court at a Flemington aforesaid the eight day of January eighteen hundred and sixty two.
