James Stryker and wife 
to Isaac G. Stryker 
For 75 acres  of Land

THIS INDENTURE, MADE this twenty fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one BETWEEN James Stryker and Mary his wife of the township of Readington county of Hunterdon State of New Jersey Party of the first part, and Isaac Stryker of the township county and state aforesaid
party of the second part, WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States, to them in hand well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, efeoff, release and confirm, unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns--ALL that certain piece or parcel of Land situated and lying in the townships of Rome and Eldredge in the counties of Crawford and Warren state of Pennsylvania bounded and followed vis Beginning at a post in the Northeast corner of tract number ninety two, hence by said tract North ninety nine perches to a post, thence North one hundred and ninety one perches and two teths of a perch to the center of the road that leads from Centrevill to Warren county line, hence East along the centre of said road ninety nine perches to the west line of tract number ninety eight, thence by tracts number ninety eight and ninety nine one hundred and twenty one perches and two tenths of a perch to the place of Beginning containg seventy five acres more or less, It being the south east corner of tract number ninety three as designated on the maps of land of the Holland land company, and the same premises which Garret . Conover and Sarah his wife by indenture in their hands and seales bearing date the ninth day of November AD 1843, did, for the consideration therein mentioned, grant and confirm unto the said James Stryker (party hereto_ and to his heirs and assignes for ever, as in and by the said indenture, recorded in the office for recording deeds &c in and for the county of Crawford, in Deed book W. Pages 532 & 533, relation being thereunto had will appear

TOGETHER with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, woods, waters, watercourses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in any wise appertaining" and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof. And also, all the estate, right, title, interest, use, possession, property, calim and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, of them the said party of the first part, of, in, and to, the said premises, with the appurtenances: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE said piece or parcel of seventy five acres more or less of Land heriditaments and premises hereby granted, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to the only proper uses, benefit and behoof of him the said party of the second part, his heirs and aassigns forever. And the said James Stryker party aforesaid of the first part, for himself his heirs executors and administrators, doth hereby covenant, promise and agree to and with the said Isaac G. Stryker part of the second part his heirs and assigns, that at the time of the sealing and delivery hereof they the said party of the first part are seized in their own right of an absolute and indefeasible estate in fee simple, of and in all and singular the premises hereby granted with appurtenances, and have good right, full power and sufficient authority in law to grnt, bargain, sell and convey the sme unto the said party of the second part his heirs and addigns forever, according to the true intent and meaning of these presents: And also, that it shall and may be lawful for the said party of the second part his his heirs and assigns, at all times forever hereafter peaceably and quietly to have, hold, use, occupy, possess and enjoy the said premises with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof, without the lawful let, suit, eviction, interruption, or disturbance of the said party of the first part their heirs or assigns, or any other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same: And that the said premises are free and clear, and freely and clearly acquitted and discharged of and from all former mortgages, judgments, executions, and of and from all other incumbrances whatever. And lastly, That they the said party of the first part, and their heirs, all and singular, the said piece or parcel of land
hereditaments and premises hereby granted, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against them the said party of the first party and their heirs, against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, shall and will warrant and forever defend.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this twenty fifth day of  November  in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one before me Joseph Thompson one of the Judges of the court of common pleas of said county of Hunterdon..........
personally appeared James Stryker and Mary his wife
and I having made known to them the contents of the within DEED, and being satisfied that they are----the grantors herein named, the said James Stryker and Mary his wife did acknowledge that they signed, sealed and delivered the same as their voluntary act and deed.
And the said Mary--------on a private examination before me, separate and apart from her husband, did acknowledge that she executed the same voluntarily, without any fear, threats or compulsion from her said husband.
