Summons

Hunterdon County fs. The State of New Jersey to our Sheriff of our county of Hunterdon Greeting we command you to summon Isaac G. Stryker if in your county to be and appear before our circuit court to be holden at Flemington in and for our Said county of Hunterdon on Monday the twenty eight day of October Inst. to answer unto John Whitenack in a plea of Trespass on the case to the damage of the said John Whitenack four hundred dollars as is said and have you then and this writ.
Witness George H. Brown Esqr Judge of our Said Court at Flemington aforesaid the Seventeenth day of October Eighteen hundred and sixty one.
